Media Policy

Thank you for considering the photo and video usage policy of our nonprofit organization. Our mission is to raise awareness and support for our cause, and the media can be a powerful tool in achieving this goal. By allowing us to use your image, you are helping to promote our message and increase public engagement with our mission.

By agreeing to this policy, you grant our organization the right to use your photographic or video image in any of our media materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, brochures, and print materials. You also acknowledge that your image may be used in our branding and messaging.

We respect your privacy and will not use your image in any way that is deemed inappropriate or offensive. We also understand that if you may wish to avoid having your image used in specific contexts, we will honor any reasonable requests to exclude your photograph from specific media materials.

If you wish to have your photograph excluded, please let us know in advance. 

By agreeing to this policy, you affirm that you are the owner of the photograph and video or have obtained the necessary permissions to grant us the right to use it. You also release our organization from any liability arising from the use of your digital photographic or video image in accordance with this policy.
